You can sense Tai Chi energy when your life is moving forward. It is with you when you are helping others move forward in their lives by being a trusted advisor who provides valuable guidance and great advice. #Purpose.

Tai Chi energy represents balance and being allowing and is non-resistant. #Mindfulness.

But Tai Chi energy can also be unbalanced. Tai Chi energy can make you feel that you are not accepted for what you do and are criticized. Because of this you find fault with others and feel that they are finding fault with you. #PersonalDevelopment.
