Every SolePath is made up of three Paths — your Joyful Path, your Progression Path and your DarkPath.
The 22 Paths sit within six SolePath Categories. Each Category represents a broad natural gift; each Path is a particular way that gift is expressed.
Your three-Path braid may include Paths from one, two or three different Categories.

What can be experienced?
The Charismatic helps life come alive. Their Fire awakens energy, engagement and movement.
Adventurer — explores
You are naturally drawn towards experience, discovery and movement. You tend to meet life by exploring what is possible to experience and where you might move next.
Gladiator — strives
You naturally bring energy to challenge, achievement and forward movement. You tend to notice what needs to be accomplished and apply yourself to making it happen.
Influencer — gathers
You naturally engage people and shape response. You notice how others are responding and often bring energy, enthusiasm or connection that draws people together.
Leader — directs
You naturally notice direction and movement. You tend to see where things need to go and help people move towards that direction together.
Performer — expresses
You naturally bring things to life through expression. Whether through words, presence, creativity or action, you have a gift for making something felt, seen or experienced.

Compassionate
Who needs to feel valued?
The Compassionate helps people feel valued through care, connection and restoration.
Caretaker — supports
You naturally notice what is needed and move towards supporting it. Your care is often expressed through practical help, steadiness and attention to another person’s wellbeing.
Facilitator — connects
You naturally notice relationships and the spaces between people. You have a gift for helping connection, understanding and harmony become more possible.
Healer — restores
You naturally notice what feels unresolved, wounded or out of balance. You are drawn towards restoration — helping people, relationships or situations move towards greater wholeness.

Inspirational
What is the right thing to do?
The Inspirational faithfully brings worthwhile things into reality.
Conformist — aligns
You naturally notice what feels right, appropriate or faithful to what matters. You bring a gift for aligning your choices and actions with standards, values or commitments you believe should be honoured.
Humanitarian — contributes
You naturally notice the wellbeing of the people and communities you care about. You are drawn towards contributing your time, energy or resources where you believe they can genuinely serve.
Manager — organises
You naturally notice what needs organising so that things can work effectively. You bring structure, coordination and practical order to people, tasks and resources.
Teacher — clarifies
You naturally notice what needs to be understood. You have a gift for bringing clarity — explaining, interpreting or organising knowledge so that it becomes accessible to others.

What can be understood?
The Intellectual deepens understanding and brings clarity to what does not yet make sense.
Controller — structures
You naturally look for order, coherence and dependable structure. You notice how things fit together and what needs to be arranged so that they work clearly and reliably.
Expert — deepens
You naturally want to understand things thoroughly and accurately. You are drawn towards depth, mastery and the careful examination of what is true or how something really works.
Lateral Thinker — reconfigures
You naturally look beyond the obvious way of seeing something. You notice alternatives, connections and possibilities that can allow a problem or situation to be understood differently.

What is possible here?
The Intuitive recognises what is waiting to emerge and helps possibility enter life.
Builder — forms
You naturally sense what could take shape and are drawn towards bringing it into form. Possibility becomes meaningful to you when it can be built, developed or made real.
Creator — expresses
You naturally sense what wants to emerge and give it expression. Ideas, images, possibilities or inspiration often become tangible through what you create.
Hunter — engages
You naturally notice what captures your attention and feel drawn to follow it. Your energy becomes engaged when something feels worth pursuing, discovering or responding to.
Solitude — withdraws and returns
You naturally gain clarity by withdrawing from activity and turning inward. Time apart allows you to reconnect with yourself before returning to people and life with greater presence.

Spiritual
What brings deeper meaning?
The Spiritual brings perspective and helps people recognise what truly matters.
Balance — restores
You naturally notice when something has moved out of balance. You are drawn towards restoring equilibrium, proportion and a more harmonious relationship between the different parts of a situation.
Mystic — interprets
You naturally look beneath events for meaning. You have a gift for recognising deeper significance and helping yourself or others understand what an experience may be revealing.
Warrior — embodies
You naturally seek to live what you know to be true. Your gift is not simply recognising truth or principle, but giving it expression through courage, integrity and action.
